The time we need depends on your design wishlist. Let us know your goals when you enquire, and we'll advise whether a half or full day suits your needs best.

Please stay close to your phone and email to provide timely feedback. We aim for minimal disruption but expect to touch base with you twice during the day to keep everything on track.

Got something extra in mind? Just let us know during the day, and we'll see if it's feasible within the timeframe. If not, we're open to scheduling an additional half-day to ensure everything is covered.

We'll coordinate through email or the client portal, which we'll discuss in more detail during our pre-planning call a few days before your Design Day.

When you enquire, we'll show you what's possible, including examples, to help plan a tailored day that meets your expectations.

We'll discuss the scope and length of each task with you upon enquiry. This ensures you have a clear understanding of what we can accomplish in a day and how to prioritise effectively.

Upon booking, you'll be invoiced for 50% of the total fee. The remaining balance will be invoiced 48 hours before your Design Day and must be settled prior to commencing work.

While our Design Day is perfect for quick, impactful projects, some designs might require more than the allotted 8 hours. If your project needs extend beyond a single day, consider booking multiple Design Days. For larger undertakings that might need more than three days, it might be more practical to opt for a custom project quote. This way, we can ensure that your project receives the attention and time it deserves to truly shine.
